2. Visit a Showroom
A showroom appointment is the perfect place to continue the planning phase of your bathroom. Here, you are able to browse inspirational room set displays, inspect product quality first-hand, and share your ideas with a sales consultant, from favourite products to Pinterest boards. Should you choose our award-winning Design Service, your sales consultant will be pleased to arrange an appointment with a qualified C.P. Hart designer.

3. Commission A Professional Design
Our Design Service is often the most exciting stage of the bathroom journey. After your initial consultation, a C.P. Hart designer will conduct an on-site visit to produce a detailed 2D CAD scale drawing of the proposed scheme alongside a specially curated product moodboard.
At the next stage of the design process, the designer will create 2D elevations of the bathroom. These include precise details, including room height, tile-laying patterns, and lighting and electrical plans. If a client opts for the Deluxe design package, they will also receive a 3D visual of photo-realistic images, much like stepping into the finished bathroom.
4. Approve Your Design and Place Your Order
Once you have finalised product selection and approved your bathroom design, your sales consultant will guide you through the ordering process and share details of our Approved Installer Service, outlined below. From there, you will be assigned a dedicated delivery coordinator – your single point of contact for delivery timeframes, updates, and enquiries.
5. Watch Your Bathroom Come To Life
Installing a new bathroom is one of the more complex and technical projects in any home. As bathrooms have become more sophisticated, installation requires more highly skilled and specialised practitioners.
Our Approved Installer Service recommends specialist practitioners to oversee and conduct your bathroom installation to an exceptional standard.
