Junior Showroom Development Designer
Role: Full-time, 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: London Waterloo
About The Role
To assist the Director of Design and Merchandising team in all aspects of Showroom Development.
Responsibilities
- Design support to the Director of Design on new showrooms
- Support to the Merchandising team on showroom rollouts and upgrades, with considered autonomy
- Create accurate AutoCAD 2D plans and elevations
- Create mood boards and presentations using PowerPoint
- To confidently present ideas and concepts to senior management
- Maintain and update showroom GA plans and CAD library
- Support with showroom styling, props, visual merchandising, and photoshoots at any C.P. Hart site as required
- Type up project specifications using Excel with guidance from Director of Design & Merchandising Project Co-ordinator
- Visit any C.P. Hart site company wide as and when required
- Attend design trade fairs, exhibitions and suppliers/manufacturers in UK and Europe
- Any other reasonable Management request
Requirements
- A degree in a design-related subject
- Experience using Auto CAD software
