C.P. Hart supplied luxury bathrooms for the 56 high-end apartments of Auriens, a state-of-the-art retirement home in the heart of Chelsea. The C.P. Hart Contracts team collaborated with architects PDP London on this large-scale project.The Specification
Auriens, a new build development in Chelsea, was designed to exude opulence from the Georgian-inspired exterior to the rich, warm interior. This project contains one and two-bedroom self-contained residences, each complete with a cloakroom and master en-suite. Opting for a simple yet highly functional set-up, the C.P. Hart design team supplied Duravit toilets from the Darling New collection and Duravit basins from the Duravit Happy D.2, Vero, and ME by Starck ranges.Samuel Heath Style Moderne brassware adds character to the bathrooms, designed to capture the essence of the Art Deco period with facetted spouts, enhanced geometric shapes, stepped details, and black lever handles. With wellness an integral part of Auriens, C.P. Hart installed spacious BetteStarlet baths in each bathroom.
The Result
Auriens’ bathrooms are bathed in natural light, with a clean, monochrome interior of white painted walls, mosaic floor tiles, and a white marble feature wall.The C.P. Hart team ensured the bathrooms offered a calm, relaxing ambience for the residents to unwind.
