C.P. Hart worked alongside Asphaltic Developments to design three ensuite bathrooms and a cloakroom for a new residential building in leafy Hampstead, north London. This striking house appears to be single story from the outside, but is in fact 80% below ground. A large light well and impressively high ceilings ensure it remains bright and airy.The Specification
In order to complement the modernist aesthetic of the property, Yousef Mansuri, a designer from our C.P. Hart showroom in Primrose Hill, selected fixtures and fittings with clean lines and a feeling of bespoke luxury. Products include Italian furniture by Artelinea and Adatto Casa, a Glass Design basin and Gessi brassware. The baths are by Bette and Consulto, the high-quality sanitaryware is courtesy of Catalano, and Effegibi provides the Easysteam unit. Floor and wall tiles from Minoli complete the look.The Result
